DS Dent is a small family-run clinic based in Dugo Selo, offering specialised prosthetic and aesthetic dental services, distinguished by their implementation of modern methods and technologies.
The goal was to use photographs and video materials across communication channels to showcase the clinic's services, working methods, and the professionals behind them.

Our approach
In order to position DS Dent within the category of highly specialised dental clinics, we began by focusing on increasing their presence on social media. Beyond presence alone, it was essential for the content to be high-quality and to clearly communicate the benefits to clients, thus creating a sense of trust, as these services aren't always pleasant. Through this approach to social media communication, we achieved greater engagement and a higher number of inquiries, as well as numerous positive reviews.
In addition to social media presence, the primary service provided was performance management, that is, setting up, managing, and optimising Google and Meta ads, which brought new clients to the clinic. Advertising led to consistently increased visibility, with a 500% increase in website traffic, an 80% rise in inquiries, and a 95% growth in revenue over a two-year period.
A fresh look and informative content
In addition to increased activity on Facebook and Instagram platforms, we also refreshed and optimised the website and boosted DS Dent's media presence. Through numerous press releases and articles, we presented the clinic's services and techniques to readers of different portals, while also educating the public about procedures and solutions that could help address their dental and aesthetic concerns. This communication also resulted in an expanded client base and positioned the clinic as one of the leading providers in the local market.
