About project

i-Drive is more than a used car dealership. It was created with the goal of making the process of buying a used car simple, stress-free, and accessible to everyone, not just those who know what they're looking for, but also those unfamiliar with the industry. This is exactly what the slogan "You drive, we take care of the rest" is all about. Guided by that idea, our aim was to communicate the brand's core values, which are reliability and accessibility for everyone, not just for experts.

Our approach

The typographic logo for i-Drive begins with an abstract silhouette of a person sitting behind a wheel, formed by the letters "i-D". This symbolic image conveys relaxation and enjoyment of driving, embodying the brand's promise to take care of everything, leaving you free to simply drive your new car. This initial symbol, crafted from the letters, is designed to stand alone, maintaining strong brand communication even when isolated. For this reason, it's ideal as a more subtle version for secondary materials.

A strong sans-serif font was chosen to convey strength and reliability, while the italic style adds a subtle sense of ease, speed, and movement. The colour palette is vibrant and fresh, moving away from typical corporate automotive aesthetics to create a contemporary and refreshing brand look.

This philosophy also shaped the website design, where clarity, ease of use, and a modern appearance were top priorities. The goal was to create a seamless user experience that effortlessly leads customers to their new car.
