The Luka Ritz Counselling Centre was established to provide systematic and comprehensive care for children and youth at risk, as well as those with developed behavioural problems. It offers counselling, education, assistance, and learning support.

Our approach
Our long-standing collaboration with the Luka Ritz Counselling Centre has resulted in successful digital campaigns aimed at preventing problematic behaviour that can lead to negative outcomes for children. Through social media ads, we invite parents each year to reach out for counselling when needed. This task is always challenging, as it requires creatively presenting behavioural problems while communicating with caution, given the sensitivity of the target group.
To achieve the desired impact, we opted for both static and animated ad formats that visually and thematically convey a sense of tension and concern. We selected a playful typeface to reflect the focus on children, but introduced a change of tone to emphasise the seriousness of the message by using all caps sans-serif typography at the end of the ad, communicating the importance of the topic.
